About Somatic Embodying
My Approach

I use somatic practices to help you access more support, freedom, and ease through your body, mind, and whole self. Somatic practices like Alexander Technique, Somatic Experiencing, hands on support, and Reiki help to unify your thoughts, feelings, body, and emotions. This unification helps to regulate your nervous system, release tension, find balance, and connect more deeply with yourself and the world around you. This work is about gently disrupting the habits and patterning in your physiology that can often be unconscious and learning a new way for your nervous system, brain, and muscular skeletal system to exist. More ease is possible. Your system just needs the outside support and time to learn a new way.
I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment for your journey of healing, exploration, and growth. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal, and I am are here to guide you on that path as you connect to your own innate wisdom and truth.

Through gentle, guided movements and awareness exercises, we help you release the physical and emotional tension that can keep you stuck in the past. Whether you are coping with a traumatic event or simply feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, Somatic Experiencing can help you find greater ease and resilience.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. Through light touch or no-touch hand positions, we help you access the healing energy that flows through all living things. Reiki can help you reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase your overall sense of well-being.
